Order Confirmation
Once you place an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email immediately. Within 24 hours, we will send another email to confirm that your order is being processed. If there is an issue with payment or availability, we will contact you.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order is processed, we aim to ship it on the same day. A Shipping Confirmation email will follow, including a tracking number (if applicable) and expected delivery times. Shipping fees are $12 for registered airmail, which requires a signature upon delivery. If you’re unavailable, a notice will be left with redelivery details.
PO Boxes & APO Addresses
We can ship to PO Boxes and APO addresses. Simply update your Primary Shipping Address on the My Account page.
Customs
As we are based offshore in India, your order may be delayed at customs, which can take anywhere from a few days to 3 weeks. We recommend ordering in advance to avoid delays.
Delivery Times
Most orders ship within 24-48 hours. Delivery times vary depending on postal or courier services. If your order is delayed beyond the usual time, please allow an additional 7 days before contacting us. Customs may hold your order for import duties, causing further delays.
Lost Orders & Reshipments
We offer reshipment or refunds for lost orders, provided the issue is reported within 8 weeks from the shipping date. Please ensure your shipping address is correct. If the address is incorrect, a replacement order will be charged to you.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If your order is damaged or not received within 30 days of shipping, we will either reship the order or provide a full refund. To initiate a return, please contact us through our support system.
- To qualify for a return or refund, the product must be unused, unopened, and with an expiry date of more than 3 months.
- Refunds will be processed once we receive the returned goods and verify that they can be resold.
